About Me
Before I ever had a title or a team, I was obsessed with what makes people care. As a grade-schooler, I collected print ads, studied Super Bowl commercials and filled a journal with my favorite taglines and product names. Two decades later – with awards on the shelf, a post-grad degree, global projects and leadership roles under my belt – that obsession never changed. I’d built award-winning teams and worked for industry-leading media brands and associations, but I noticed a recurring problem: messaging was consistently a hot-topic, but no one could quite get on the same page.
I saw firsthand how hard it is to communicate your value when you're deep inside the work. Even with a strong mission, the message was often fragmented. Each department understandably wanted their piece of the spotlight, which meant emails became cluttered, websites overloaded and the story diluted. I saw the need for someone who could step outside the noise, cut through competing priorities and shape a message that truly reflects the heart of the community.
So in 2025, I launched Yes, Brand to help member-driven organizations sharpen their core messaging. I realized I could leverage my experience to deliver a uniquely streamlined, expert-led process – known as The Magnet Method – that cuts through the noise and results in messaging that’s clear, confident and built to attract the right people.
